For Me It’s Silence…..
Me too. Sometimes if silence isn’t possible, I ask my boyfriend and sister if we can all whisper for the next hour and it’s so comforting

How would music help me relax you ask? Hmm, I guess the frequency of the music regulates the emotions. Have you heard of Baroque music and its benefits? If not, highly recommend it 🙂 HTH

Sun and good music is always great therapy.
Sometimes good music really lifts my mood and helps me feel more myself 🙂
Absolutely. The music I choose literally has the power to ease the depression and/or anxiety.

How far are you from nature?
Not too far but still an inconvenience to arrive at a quiet area. If I want to immerse myself in the full nature experience….then a good hour🤔.
Get rid of junks and add more plants 🍃

smiling … others smile can energize me .. but it is missing because of busy life
smile can increase our life time too .

I forgot to add another one: silence. Kind of impossible with 2 small kids! But life is good being a mom.
