I slept all day🙄
How often does it happen?
Every once in a new moon or so.
I may fulfill all my promises that day. 😶
How do you make sure those promises are doable in one day?
So no such day..
I should have achieved something. Maybe not all that I set out to but a reasonable amount.
How often do you have such days?
I like all days to be like that but that’s impossible so I have to remember on days that don’t go well that perfection is not possible and to give myself a break.
If I get into bed at the end of the day with a smile on my face, content and without the weight of the world on my shoulders, it’s been a good and a productive day
It seems a lot of us measure our day’s success in happiness!
Happiness is maybe the wrong word I’m looking to use, cuz happiness is a fleeting emotion like anger, but contentment, knowing that I’ve not wasted a day, boxes have been ticked and I’m being productive … maybe satisfactory is the word I’d use. I think there’s a certain sense of joy you get from that.
I really hope everyday looks like that for you even though some days are more challenging…
It’s taken a long time but I’ve learn to let everything go esp when it comes to bed time. I lose myself in a book and ignore reality for a while lol but generally, even on the hard days, I’ve learnt to find the good in the challenging.
The best way to measure success is not by making comparisons. Everyone is in search of their own personal legend and it wouldn’t be fair to yourself to make an average based on someone else. You have to learn to be happy with whatever progress YOU are making. As long as I am never static, everyday is a day well spent.
I love this -> “As long as I am never static, everyday is a day well spent.” And yes, it is very important not to compare with others. We need to compare with ourselves, our goals and our potential.
Good feelings day no matter what I am doing 😊
So you feel fulfilled at the end of any day? That’s awesome! 😀
Do I have my health? Are my family and friends well? Did I do the right things along the way and did I make good use of the time? If these are accomplished, I’m fulfilled. Oh yeah, a good number of laughs along the way is a good one to have on the list also.
Well, without the laughs, it would be a sorrow life, don’t you think? You have some awesome “indicators” here! Thank you for sharing!
How would a peaceful day look like compared to a not-so-peaceful one?
If I’m happy after the end of the day…then that means my subconscious knows I succeeded.
Very interesting! How often do you have days like that?
Very few. Like maybe a handful or less out of a month.
If I enjoyed everything I did, learned something, listened to some music .. sang along, walk in nature and for being a reason for someone’s smile
Beautiful! How often does it happen to answer yes to that?
Almost everyday and I am trying and improving ..
I always feel most fulfilled when I’m able to make someone smile or laugh specially when that someone is depressed or having a bad day. Seeing them happy, makes me happy, too. And it’s a good day!
How awesome such a day sounds! Congratulations for making the world a better place!
A productive day at work, some time to relax and to dedicate to my loved ones, accomplishing my to-do-list. Satisfaction lies in simple things, apparently!
Yes, it does, because all those simple things add up 🙂
As Long as I feel content at the end of the day and my 2 cats are happy. I can’t really ask for more apart from better health.
I hope you can feel content after every day!
Thank you, I think I’m lucky becoming ill and having to give up a very well paid job, I have learnt to make the most out of the small thing. Like a lovely sunset watching the birds in the garden and watching what my cats get up to. To stop and finally take the time to smell the roses.
Being satisfied 🙂
What does it take to be satisfied?
to spread smile on at least one person’s face 🙂
I did at least 80% of what I set out to do for the day.
I connected meaningfully with at least 3 people (those I love or strangers)
I stop and think about at least one thing that made me lucky today.
And that is how I know I felt fulfilled today. And I am! 🙂
So awesome! And do you manage to do that most of the days?
That’s hard because my daily schedule changes. I achieve it 100% or more 4/7 days and 50% 3/7 days so 80% is the inbetween xDD Any advice on getting that more stable?
What’s the reason your daily schedule changes?
I teach at an academy so most days I work in the afternoon till nighttime but some days I have off/etc. I guess it’s just a matter of time management!
Full of fun…😜😜😛😜😛 That’s not means that I am going out or something else🤨😐🤔🤨…Maybe that fun can be at my home or with my friends… 😜😛😜😌😝😃😄😁🤩🤩😆😉😋craziness, excitement!😜😜😜😜😛😜 It will be so excitement that day, so that I can hear the sound of my heartbeat…🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😊😊😊😊😉😉😆😆😁😁😀😁😆😁😆😜😜😜😛😜😝😝😝😜😜😌😌😌😌😌😍😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩🤩😌😜😉😜😉
