  2. Helpful to me: write in a journal.

    Helpful to other people: write in a journal, since getting feelings out on paper helps me to keep my mouth shut and not lose my temper when people are being annoying.

      1. I tend to gravitate towards non-fiction e.g. work by Audre Lorde and others who write about similar issues. I also like sci-fi by authors like Octavia Butler. I am open to suggestions for books though 🙂

  3. For myself
    I have recently begun to burn 500 calories every day on my previously neglected exercise bike.
    It’s the best thing that I can do for my mind and body.
    I hope I can keep it up.
    For others
    Maintain a cheerful demeanour and try to see the funny side of everything.
    This is a lot of fun when things are going well.
    It becomes invaluable during hard times as it is better to laugh than to cry during misfortune. It just takes more courage.

  4. Read and read and read
    Through reading I discover that there once were people like me;the same situation like mine but they are now doing great and are very successful.
    That’s helps me alot and keeps me more focused on my dreams

  5. I write and read on a daily basis. I try to be grateful about what I’ve accomplished so far, but I’m not doing it daily just yet.
