      1. Got some books I need to finish reading but I never got around to. Plus I have to start working on a paper for my uni that I seem to keep ignoring.

      2. I suggest you do a priority list and start with number one priority. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to do it… and you might feel guilty because you haven’t done it earlier.

      1. And based on your overthinking experience, how many things did go wrong when you overthinked it and how bad it was compared with what you imagined?

      2. Did you had any moments in the past when you could stop that overthinking habit?

    1. Hmm… if you love the science and magic and flavors, sell your art to gain money, not calories 😀

  1. Spending so much passive time on electronics (tablet and phone especially). I need to get back to writing and music, or just being more actively creative. Easier said than done though!

      1. I did a month-long social media fast last year that helped a lot, so I’ve been thinking about making that a permanent change–maybe fasting from social media except for a specific period of time each day. Getting the creative juices back to fill that freed-up time is another story. Maybe start with just reading more and see where that leads.

      2. That’s interesting. I guess that a schedule can help! I’m sure you can do it if you truly want it 😀

      1. people around me like it specially at workplace but i feel exhausted at times….. i need to slow down; missing out to live in the moment..

  2. Being too impatient. I’ve noticed that it’s been a real problem lately since I’ve started weight watchers, because losing weight takes time.

  3. i’ve been reading the comments, and i have to say that you give great advice. my own problem is procrastination and the worst part is i know that i should stop and i know the best way to do that is to just get some work done. but procrastination gets in the way of that 🙁

    1. Thank you! I think that you might reduce this if you find a bigger motivation compared to the level of procrastination. If you place something you really like after the things you don’t like to do, you might find the required strength.

      1. Great! There are still some who can’t own what they did so not talking to them has caused them to play a victim & tell untrue stories, but it’s okay karma is waiting on them. When you exclude toxicity from your life, you feel so different & so much better.

      2. Yes, I’ve noticed that it’s so much better. The main step here is recognizing that there is some toxicity… after that, we can make a plan.
