Got some books I need to finish reading but I never got around to. Plus I have to start working on a paper for my uni that I seem to keep ignoring.

I suggest you do a priority list and start with number one priority. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to do it… and you might feel guilty because you haven’t done it earlier.

Laziness. But I can’t. I always been. It’s kinda ok
If you like it, it’s not a job… it’s a hobby that brings money.

Spending so much passive time on electronics (tablet and phone especially). I need to get back to writing and music, or just being more actively creative. Easier said than done though!
I did a month-long social media fast last year that helped a lot, so I’ve been thinking about making that a permanent change–maybe fasting from social media except for a specific period of time each day. Getting the creative juices back to fill that freed-up time is another story. Maybe start with just reading more and see where that leads.

That’s interesting. I guess that a schedule can help! I’m sure you can do it if you truly want it 😀
i’ve been reading the comments, and i have to say that you give great advice. my own problem is procrastination and the worst part is i know that i should stop and i know the best way to do that is to just get some work done. but procrastination gets in the way of that 🙁
Thank you! I think that you might reduce this if you find a bigger motivation compared to the level of procrastination. If you place something you really like after the things you don’t like to do, you might find the required strength.
Accept that I’m hurt, stop allowing them to deny it & exclude those from my life who cannot own what they’ve done.

That’s one of the best strategies. How do you feel now?

Great! There are still some who can’t own what they did so not talking to them has caused them to play a victim & tell untrue stories, but it’s okay karma is waiting on them. When you exclude toxicity from your life, you feel so different & so much better.

Yes, I’ve noticed that it’s so much better. The main step here is recognizing that there is some toxicity… after that, we can make a plan.

No phones 30 mins before bed and 90 mins after i get up 😆
I tend to watch youtube for way too long. Taking that away would give me more time to do more important things.
What other things would you like to do with in that time?

You can’t? I thought you can do anything you want.
Yes but laziness is my soulmate 🙂
Overthinking!
What do you usually overthink about?
Things that could go wrong… and I get anxiety from it.
And based on your overthinking experience, how many things did go wrong when you overthinked it and how bad it was compared with what you imagined?
Not many of them came into reality. And when/if they did, they were not as hopeless as I had imagined 🙂
Did you had any moments in the past when you could stop that overthinking habit?
Yes, if I distract myself with music, TV, swimming, Etc.,. Or, I’ll remember to put my faith in The Lord, then I’m comforted, and it stops 🙂
Bingeing on the weekend.
What series are your favorite?
Baking. I love the science and magic and flavors, but I do not need the calories!
Hmm… if you love the science and magic and flavors, sell your art to gain money, not calories 😀
Then it’s not a hobby – it’s a job 😒

Yes, it’s harder to do than to say. How do you think you can achieve that?

Eating habits
What do you think you have that eating habit?
Too many electronics
With what would you like to replace those electronics?
I like to exercise more so that I can be fit always 😊
That sounds like a great plan 😀 Have you already started it?
Yes I have started 👍
Awesome! 😀 I should do that too :))
It’s good for everyone 🙂
pro-activeness; it keeps me always on the run!
Do you like that?
people around me like it specially at workplace but i feel exhausted at times….. i need to slow down; missing out to live in the moment..
I believe you need to slow down from time to time so you won’t get to burnout.
Being too impatient. I’ve noticed that it’s been a real problem lately since I’ve started weight watchers, because losing weight takes time.
What do you think it can help with this impatience?
Hmm. I think that focusing on persistence is something that should help.
Try that and let me know if it works 🙂
I am a little stubborn and arrogant. I wanna make it right.
How do you think you can make it right?
I cling too much to people, though the trust didn’t come easy.
Yes, the trust is not coming easy…
Snacking after 7pm
I’m just like you… I need to stop snacking after 7 PM…
Tough habit to break.. 😊

Stop thinking negatively…
If we stop this habit, we would surly have a better life.
Using “be the bigger person” as an excuse for others to treat me like shit. The sooner I stop the happier I’ll be & I’ve already started.
What do you do to stop that?
Accept that I’m hurt, stop allowing them to deny it & exclude those from my life who cannot own what they’ve done.
