    1. There will always be a difference between what we think, what we say, what the other ones hear and how they interpret what they heard. Hopefully, most of the time it’s a small difference…

  1. Liars or manipulators – because I don’t like to be thought of as stupid enough to buy what they are selling. People being pigheaded and not looking at other options – this world has so many ways to look at things, it’s idiotic to think your way is the only “right” one. Greedy, unscrupulous or cruel people – I don’t need any of that energy or mindset around me. People who prey on others – either sexually or financially – that’s horrific. No one should have the “right” to prey… Yep – triggers everywhere. 🙂

    1. That’s how it seems. Well, I hope that people questioning themselves before doing something will have some sort of impact over this world. That’s what I’m fighting for.

  2. When I see a person who is being bullied and overwhelmed and either they are too scared, not equipped or unaware how to protect themselves. It angers me to the point where I know I have to do my best to try and help the person get out of that situation.

    1. That’s a nice example of how anger can be channeled in helping others. Maybe you could write about the importance of self-defending (verbally and physically)?

      1. Also possibly the importance for more people to take action to stop this behavior. Often I will see others watch and walk by causally like it’s no big deal, or people stare and watch how it’s going to unfold like a deer in headlights or they are being entertained watching someone else’s misery. Cool blog by the way. Thanks for the idea and sparking my own.

      2. Thanks! Some people might not know how to intervene or they are afraid or they just don’t care. An education campaign might help! 🙂

  3. There are a couple of things that can get me pretty damn riled.
The main one is when I notice people purposely disrespecting someone else. I don’t like injustices like that and I was brought up to respect people no matter where they come from or how old they are etc. That bugs me and be makes me pretty mad.
Another is when people use specific slurs…like and insults towards me because they know it’ll hurt me. I hate that.

    1. Yes, those things can get us angry. I think that proper education can improve that, but it takes time, effort and some will coming from people.

  4. I tend to have a short fuse. I think I get it from my biological father as he was always short fused. I am trying to overcome it. As for what makes me angry it really comes down to 2 actual people. It is hard to explain why without writing a novel on each one.

      1. It always helps! Ever since I started my blog and being 100% vulnerable on it, my anxiety has lessened substantially.

      2. Awesome! Writing is relieving. That’s why keeping a journal might help us to keep our shit together.

    1. I’ve noticed that sometimes bad people have more balls than good people and because of that they are more orientated to go for what they want without caring what other people thing and that’s why good things happen to them. Because I think it’s a matter of perspective , I try to do my best to help good people improve their perspective so they can make good things happen for them as well.
