I think it is productive because our soul heals from such an activity. Maybe it’s not productive to go out with people that make you feel bad. We all have different views about “waste” and each of us can realize what’s productive and what’s waste for himself/herself.

I also think virtually nothing I do is a waste of time. As long as it’s valuable for the future/enjoyable (without harming anyone)/helpful to someone – it’s not a waste, in my opinion 🙂
If I sleep in I feel like I wasted my entire day…and I don’t sleep at night. But…since I procrastinate things…eh…let’s say…like out of 24 I probably waste 18…work 3 and sleep 3?
Depends how you define ‘waste’. I would argue none.

That’s how I feel about it too.

How do you feel about it?
