A seashell from the Bahamas… I love to listen to the ocean
That’s nice! The ocean has its way of getting us into a meditative state.
The best gift I received and I will be receiving always is from my husband, his unconditional love towards me 😃
That’s one of the best gifts out there, isn’t it? 😀
Yes Absolutely 🎉
Grace and mercy.
I hope you can enjoy them every day!
being born and being here
So you’re the gift?
The life which is given to me is the gift.
Ps. But yep, that makes me “the gift” as well 😂😂
Every day is a gift.
Yes, it is! 🙂
My space and choice of who and how
A signed copy of a book from my favourite author. Without him, I wouldn’t have been inspired to start writing myself, and who knows where I’d be without that!
Great! Who is your favorite author?
Derek Landy, he writes the Skulduggery Pleasant series 😊
I haven’t had the pleasure to read any of his work, but I just did a quick search and it seems very interesting.
I’d definitely class it as Young Adult fiction, and there are a lot of cheesy moments because of that, but it seeps dry, sarcastic humour which is why I love it. I’d definitely recommend them even if you just want a good laugh!
That sounds great! 🙂
That’s nice! How many children do you have?
3 beautiful mini me’s, 2 girls and 1 boy
I’m sure that all your days are full with joy 😀
Well the moments in my day that I share with them are joyous
The gift of salvation. Receiving Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. God gave us Jesus .
I received a box with various gifts inside. Two of them were meaningful framed photos. The inside of the box had one of my favorite poems by Sylvia Plath. Also, it had a letter and a gorgeous dream catcher. This, and having that person with me sharing time together was the best gift ever.
That sounds like an amazing gift! How long ago did that happen?
A few weeks ago. It was the best birthday gift ever.
Protection from God, Two days ago I was about to meet someone for the first time after a week of communicating through social media, so I asked God to not let me meet the guy if he doesn’t have good intention towards me. So what happened was after 8 hours the guy sent message that he cannot meet me and pursue anything we had for a week so instead of wondering, I breathe in relief because I prayed and instantly God answered back.
That’s interesting. What reason did that guy gave you for not being able to pursue the plans?
He didn’t specify the reason and I didn’t bother to ask him either.
It might be better this way…
I’m going to have to say – my grandmother’s passing. All of her children were around her, I was there, my kids were there, it was wonderfully peaceful and normal. She was surrounded by love, and for me to see that – for my kids to see that – was truly a gift.
It’s interesting how a loss can bring so much perspective in our lives and also so much love.
I won’t say it was a nice evening, but it’s the last time I felt we were “family” and her decisions and strength of will to be at home were so important. It’s just not the same progression in hospital.
I’d have to say Jesus! Giving his life and providing an opportunity for life beyond the physical
That’s a deep answer! Thank you for taking your time to share it!
Haha lol 😂 It was the first thing that came to mind too!😳 just came out, ya know😉
