This is Just the beginning. I could write about many things.
Like how, here in Nepal, people show deep respect by using special names for elders. I’ve been called Mataji—a word that means “mother.” It’s kind, honoring… and yes, a little reminder of my age. But I won’t write about that.
Right now, I’m staying at the Hare Krishna temple, where I’m volunteering. Part of my days are spent at a local school, guiding and coaching teachers on how to bring more creativity and playfulness into their English classes. We explore ways to make learning fun, engaging, and alive for the children. It’s a role I enjoy—one that allows me to use my movement coaching, and consulting skills, among other things.
I could also tell you about the tiny red chili I ate today at the Prasad Dinner Hall. It looked harmless—small and innocent—but the moment I bit into it, I nearly flew to the moon from the heat! It reminded me of a saying in my mother tongue: “Don’t judge the chili by its size—taste it and see.” But no, I won’t write about that either.
Or maybe… I’ve already written about it all, but this time, I’m keeping the words short. Rather than writing a long post, I’ve chosen to share a new concept I’m in the process of developing—one that’s all about expressing, reflecting, and sharing in a new way. Maybe it will become a podcast. But for now, it’s something in between. What matters is: I’ve started.
And yes, it’s imperfect. But I’m learning to embrace that. Because if we wait for things to be perfect, we might never begin. So here it is—raw and real.
I hope it makes you smile. I hope it makes you think.
And maybe, it will inspire you to start your own thing—messy, meaningful, and perfectly imperfect. I’d also love to hear about the red thread in your life, if you know what it is and would like to share it in the comments.
By the way, as part of my Bhakti Yoga practice, I’m offering two free movement coaching sessions. If you’re longing for change, I would love to help you find clarity. If you don’t know where to start, I can guide you toward finding direction. The first two who reach out will get the sessions. Just send me a direct message and we take it from there.

It’s the start of a new concept I’m playing with—raw, reflective, and evolving. For now, it’s all about exploring thoughts, feelings, and new ways of expressing them in a fresh, creative format.
