This interview was originally published on my personal blog on March 11, 2025.
This interview was recorded during my stay at the ashram in India in January and February of 2025. It features a conversation with my yoga philosophy teacher—an experience that deeply influenced my journey during that time.
Instead of saying more, I invite you to simply watch the interview and feel into the energy of our exchange. I hope it offers you something meaningful.
And below, I’ve shared a poem I wrote some time ago—I hope you enjoy it.
I look at the pink
I follow the link
I gaze up at the sky
I see the beauty in sync
I might be feeling up
I might be feeling down
I might think that life goes round and round
But one thing is for sure
Beauty is harmony, and it is everywhere around

In the West, Pranayama is often referred to or simplified as “breathwork,” which is a broader, more general term encompassing many different techniques of conscious breathing used for physical, emotional, or spiritual benefits.
