This Series of Posts Concerning Depression’s Social-Environmental Causes, Solutions, and Johann Hari’s “Lost Connections”

If you’ve been following Wise and Shine, you may have noticed I’ve been writing and publishing a growing series of posts connected with:

  1. Depression and some of its causes (especially those which are social-environmental in nature);
  2. Possible solutions, or “non-pharmaceutical anti-depressants;”
  3. Johann Hari’s book Lost Connections: Uncovering the Real Causes of Depression — And the Unexpected Solutions.

There are now enough of these posts to demand they be gathered and organized, especially as it is not a strictly linear series. This is that page. I intend to update it as new posts in the series are written and published. Below you’ll find links to the various posts in this still-growing series.
