This is a veeeery tricky and important question for me. I don’t even know if I should ask it. So what is blogging? A blog is a site, but what does this verb refer to? Is it about writing? Is it about reading? Is it about both and many more? Is the purpose of it involved in the definition?
I’m pointless overthinking, I know. But I want to do it right and I don’t really know if I’m doing it. Maybe blogging has a different definition from one person to another. I try to provide daily content, I try to interact with you, I try to read other blogs and I try to help us grow together. Is this the definition of blogging? Or it’s only about the interactions? Writers write, readers read and bloggers blog. Since it has an own term, it’s probably different from the two.
In my opinion, blogging is mostly about interacting with others. It’s about creating a community. Even though it’s very important for me, it’s probably not that important to write daily. I’m taking this serious because I know that words are very powerful and I hope that maybe someday I’ll find the right ones to make a difference in someone’s life.
If I really think about it, a blogger is a person that loves to interact with others through blog posts. A blogger doesn’t need to write posts very often because a comment can be in the right place at the right time and it can change someone’s life.
You have the power! We all do! So we need to use it wisely because we can be remembered by someone for the good we did in that person’s life or we can be remembered as a hater. I believe there is enough evil and negativity in this world so each positive comment matters.
