Movie Thoughts – Ready Player One (2018)

   This movie is about all people living more in a virtual reality rather in the real world (you can read more about it here). I’m more interested about the idea of how much people need to be more and they can’t in our world. They’re trying anything to escape this world full of problems and that’s how addictions are created (you can read my post about addictions here).

   As this movie stated, if there would be a place where we can satisfy all our needs and fantasies, we would be there all the time. If life sucks, we should search the reasons why it sucks and we should try to fix them if we can and if we don’t, we should deal with it. Escaping our own reality is not a good thing because we’re escaping our whole life and when we’re going to be old, we’ll be full of regrets. Is that what we want?
